Grown using organic, no-spray, and chemical-free practices. Our weekly blend is a rotating selection of red and green leaf lettuce mixes--always a tasty combination of Butterhead, Batavia, Oakleaf, Bibb, Mini Romaine, and/or Frilly lettuces, harvested at peak ripeness. 100% of the proceeds from produce sales fund our paid student internship positions.
