Speckled Romaine Head Lettuce

Austrian heirloom romaine lettuce. Famous for its vibrant green leaves splashed with wine-red speckles that resemble the back of a trout, it features a uniquely rich, sweet, and buttery flavor. Grown using organic, no-spray, and chemical-free practices. We never use sprays on our greens, not even the organic ones! We use insect netting to protect the crop instead. 100% of the proceeds from produce/plant sales fund our paid student internship positions.
