Garlic Dill Gourmet Salad Kit

A complete salad kit with recipe, instructions, and all the fresh ingredients needed to make a gourmet salad and homemade salad dressing--just add a few pantry staples (olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and dijon mustard!) Recipe and ingredients provided to make a Garlic-Dill Vinaigrette. Each kit makes 3 meal-sized salads or 6 side salads. Ingredients: Salad Blend (a seasonal mix of red and green loose leaf summer crisp lettuce), Mixed Veggies (seasonal mix of available salad veggies, such as rainbow broccoli, gourmet petite carrots, rainbow radishes, rainbow peas or snow peas), Dill Head, Dill Weed, and Garlic Scapes. Grown using organic, no-spray, and chemical-free practices. 100% of the proceeds from produce/plant sales fund our paid student internship positions.
